The founders of the law firm are attorney at law Michał Łabutka and legal Adviser Piotr Nowak – both graduates of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University Poznań, and respectively members of the District Bar Association in Poznań, Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe and the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
