A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association and District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

He gained professional experience in law firms in Wielkopolska as well as in public administration at the National Labour Inspectorate. Participant of numerous training courses organized by the Prof. Jan Rosner National Labour Inspectorate Training Centre   in Wrocław

He specializes in labour, civil and administrative law. He participated in several lawsuits, in particular those relating remuneration for work, overtime and accidents at the workplace, as well as in cases related to non-competition agreements, mobbing and discrimination.

He also represented companies in the scope of debt recovery resulting from commercial and economic agreements as well as administrative proceedings before public administrative bodies and administrative courts.

He draws up opinions and legal expertise, organizes training and seminars. He always strives to dispel any doubts and honestly assess the chances of a solution to the problem. If the actual state permits, he prefers to settle disputes by mediation.
