A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
Participant of numerous seminars and additional studies in the scope of corporate law, contracts and the application of public procurement procedures, among others at the University of Economics Poznań, where he participated in a course on English and European Law organized by the British Legal Centre and the University of Cambridge.
In addition, he attended postgraduate studies in acquisition and accounting for European Union Funds. Author of the paper “Principles of pacta sunt servanda in the public procurement system”.
He specializes in advisory services in the area of conclusion and settlement of commercial contracts and civil proceedings (economic), company law and the implementation of investment projects. His professional experience covers areas such as provision of services for private enterprises (limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, natural persons), as well as municipal and state enterprises.
Recent projects implemented include, among others registration of companies and branches of companies operating in Poland and abroad by providing legal assistance for companies with foreign share capital. He is experienced in advisory service and representation in public procurement award procedures (for both contractors and contracting parties). He also provides advisory service in area of building contracts (FIDIC and non-FIDIC), property trading, for implementation of projects in special economic zones, debts recovery procedures in relation to debtors residing in Poland and abroad (international debt recovery).
His professional practice also covers legal assistance and representation of individual clients in criminal and civil cases.
